Spring & Summer Activities:

1. ATV riding - Enthusiasts of all experience levels are lured and challenged by the variety of road systems we have to offer. Machine rentals and tours available.
2. Hiking/ Backpacking - Opportunities are abound in the McBride area. Within minutes of the McBride town site there is easy hiking and spectacular scenery, on a variety of moderate to difficult backcountry hikes.
3. Salmon viewing - There are many outstanding lakes and rivers around the McBride area, with the mighty Fraser River winding right through the valley and during July and August you can watch the breathtaking display that the Chinook Salmon put on. They are off-limits for fishing, but provide the observer a magnificent show.
4. Canoeing & Kayaking - There are many different opportunities for everyone from Novice through experienced paddlers in many of our rivers such as the Fraser, Beaver or Raush Rivers.
5. Mountain Biking - Biking and touring opportunities in the Robson Valley are numerous and diverse. McBride offers everything from novice, easy riding to the more extreme, adventurous biking on Mount Lucille, Bell Mountain and McBride Peak.
6. Fishing - The McBride area provides some of the most spectacular and varied fishing opportunities found in North America. The spots are too many to count on the mighty Fraser River and the myriad of rivers, streams and creek that feed it. You can fish for Trout, Whitefish or Dolly Varden.
   
   

Fall & Winter Activities:

1. Snowmobiling: Snowmobiling is a great activity in winter.We have three famous mountains The Renshaw,The Bell and The Lucille.
   • The Renshaw .....provides exceptional back country snowmobiling oppurtuinities for the hardy beginner to the pure extremist.Extra fuel, Clothes, food & guide are recomended.
   • The Bell .....provides gentle terrain ideal for beginner and family
   • The Lucille .....provides intermediate and hill climbing opportunities.A parking lot, loading ramp & toilet facilities are provided at 0.5 km on the Lucille Mountain forest road.T
2. Track Skiing:

3. Heliskiing: The McBride area is world renowned for its snow-laden Cariboo and Rocky Mountains.
4. Hunting: 'Hunter's paradise' is what we call our area as the Robson valley is home for many species of big game. Avid hunters will appreciate the rugged terrain and challenges we have to offer. Don't be a poacher! Get a license to legally hunt!
